“Between the External and the Internal” is the artist's second solo exhibition, combining painted still lifes, watercolors, decorative images of people, and textile works. The central series consists of 20 still lifes titled “Stories of Bears and Porcelain Dolls.” The bears are special: handcrafted by the artist's mother, Olena Budykina, they appear on the canvases as characters of a fairytale theater. They invite viewers on a journey where art brings objects to life, and painting and the warmth of hands intertwine into a single story of memory and tenderness.

The watercolors reveal the realm of nature, landscapes, and light; the images of people add faces and character to the exhibition, while the textile pieces emphasize texture and warmth. Together, these artworks form a cohesive world where the simple becomes a source of beauty, and beauty leads to harmony between the internal and the external.
